Foreign. Today's revenue for Twitter is 40 percent lower than it was a year ago, reports Reuters. It is the advertising boycott of the American big business­left that is behind the development.

According to Reuters, more than 500 of Twitter's advertisers have paused their ads since Elon Musk took over last year.

The reason for this is that corporate advertisers have left the company after Musk fired thousands of left-wing activists and implemented a paid verification feature instead of one based on political opinions.

Recently, the platform reversed its 2019 ban on political ads, saying it will soften its ad policy against “political influence” in the US so that it is consistent with TV and other media.
