Almost 2,200 corona patients are being treated in Swedish hospitals, according to the latest figures from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

Confirmed cases of influenza have simultaneously increased by 60 percent between weeks 50 and 51. Since the season started in week 48, the increase of number of cases has been strong. So far, it is influenza type A that dominates.
Cases of RS virus increased by 14 percent during week 51 compared to week 50. The number of people treated in intensive care with RS virus or influenza has increased in recent weeks.
