Domestic. In a debate article in Aftonbladet, roughly 4,000 healthcare employees and healthcare students write that they will not follow the Tidö Agreement's requirement that public employees report illegal immigrants to the authorities.

The debaters, who are obviously quite far to the left of the political scale, consider the Tidö Agreement to be racist.
