The woman was threatened and abused for several hours by the man and his parents. According to the indictment, she was beaten with hands and fists and had to receive kicks. She was threatened with a knife and to be tortured, taken out into the forest and burned alive. The family members are also said to have spat at the woman and used insulting words during the protracted assault.
The victim finally managed to escape from the apartment and get help from passers-by.
