In December 2021, the police's head of security Ari Stenman forwarded information that Linda Staaf, Noa's head of intelligence, had a relationship with her boss Mats Löfving from 2015 until 2021.

This is reported by Expressen, which has read a previously secret memorandum. It concerns information that comes from several meetings that Stenman and Staaf are supposed to have had.

“She says that for several years, from 2015 to the summer of 2021, she had a relationship with Mats Löfving. According to Linda, it was a relationship and a sexual relationship which, however, never became an open relationship,” writes Ari Stenman in the memorandum, according to Expressen.

2015 was the year Linda Staaf was hired as head of intelligence at Noa.

Ari Stenman describes in the memorandum the relationship between the two police officers as “destructive” and states that Linda Staaf told him that Löfving was jealous and controlling.
