Ducati has decided to celebrate the triumphs in MotoGP and Superbike of Francesco Bagnaia and Álvaro Bautista, creating two exclusive special editions of the Panigale V4. We are talking about the Panigale V4 Bagnaia 2022 World Champion Replica and Panigale V4 Bautista 2022 World Champion Replica which will be made in 260 units each. The price of these limited editions? It starts from 63 thousand euros.
SIGNED BY THE RIDERS 
These two special series are based on the Panigale V4 S model and feature the liveries of the bikes of Pecco Bagnaia #63 in MotoGP and Álvaro Bautista #19 in Superbike. Every single specimen of the series will be; made unique by the pilot's autograph affixed in the original on the tank, a signature that will be; then protected with a layer of transparent varnish.
The decision to make 260 specimensfor each of these limited editions, explains Ducati, it is; a reference to 1926, the year the Bolognese company was founded. These bikes are offered only in the single-seater version and have specific customization and equipment. For example, we find a steering plate in billet aluminum with laser engraving of the model name, the progressive number and the race number of the two riders.
The equipment also includes the STM-EVO SBK nine-disc dry clutch, the approved Akrapovič (2 kg lighter than the stock Panigale V4), the Brembo braking system with Stylema R calipers and MCS master cylinder with remote adjuster, Rizoma adjustable footrests in billet aluminum and the plexiglas racing.
There are also various elements made of carbon fibre such as the heat shield for the rear exhaust manifolds, the alternator cover, the front and rear mudguards and the front brake ducts. Finally, the motorcycle dedicated to Álvaro Bautista is characterized by a brushed aluminum tank.
The beating heart of these special series is the; the well-known Desmosedici with a 1.1 liter displacement capable of delivering 158.5 kW (215.5 HP) at 13,000 rpm. The couple is of 123.6 Nm at 9,500 rpm. The dry weight of the motorcycles is of 172 kg. Ducati lets it be known that each bike will be; delivered in a packing case with dedicated graphics and will be shipped; accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, a personalized motorcycle cover and the Ducati Data Analyzer+ data acquisition system.
