The Last of Us Part I: PlayStation 5 Remake is coming to PC on March 3, 2023

The PlayStation 5 remake of the hit survival horror adventure The Last of Us Part I will be officially released on March 3, 2023 for PC and is available for pre-order now. In addition to the remastered version of the game, the PC version includes the prequel Left Behind.

A dark success story comes to the PC

With the atmospherically staged post-apocalypse and the charismatic actors Joel and Ellie, the development studio Naughty Dog managed a big coup on the PlayStation 3 in 2013. The graphically enhanced PlayStation 4 version (test) of the successful followed just about a year later Survival-Horror-Adventures.

On September 2nd this year, Sony released the remake of The Last Of Us Part I for the PlayStation 5 (review), which made its way on March 3 via Steam and Epic Games Store on PC.

The remake ported to the PC includes the complete single-player story as well as the prequel expansion “Left Behind”.

All improvements of the PS5 -Remakes for the PC

Among the improvements of the remake are improved animations with motion matching, whereby no ready-made standard animations are played, but individual, small-step character movements in real time be merged into a smoother animation. There are also more realistic physics effects, improved enemy AI and new game modes. In addition to modernized gameplay, improved controls and expanded options for better accessibility, new cosmetic content is offered.
