Vladimir Putin's press chief Dmitry Peskov says that the OSCE's clear positioning towards Russia means that the organization automatically loses its ability to resolve conflicts.

– The organization loses the opportunity, not in words, but in action, to deal with issues of security and cooperation in Europe, says Peskov according to a translation from the Newsbank.

Russia's permanent OSCE envoy Aleksandr Lukashevich notes at the same time that the OSCE has missed many chances to resolve the Ukraine conflict on peaceful path since 2014.

Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov points out that the OSCE participated in fire control for Ukraine when the formally neutral organization visited Donetsk and Luhansk. According to Lavrov, the OSCE mission sided with the Kiev regime and advised the Ukrainian military on suitable targets in the so-called people's republics.
