Tobias Billström visits Ukraine's capital Kyiv together with six other foreign ministers from the Nordic and Baltic countries.

The package contains military support for around three billion kroner, including a qualified weapon system for air defense, which Ukraine strongly requests, and emergency support to both Ukraine and Moldova before the winter, including in the area of energy, for another 720 million kroner, says Tobias Billström in a statement .
The delegation has also visited one of the places in Kyiv that was destroyed in the Russian missile attacks on the city. The ministers have also jointly commemorated the millions of victims in the Holodomor 1932-1933 famine disaster caused by the Soviet regime.
– I have also conveyed Sweden's support for continued sanctions against Russia as long as the aggression continues, and discussed priority issues before Sweden's EU presidency in the first half of 2023, says Tobias Billström.
