Nvidia has scrapped the GeForce RTX 4080 with 12 GB due to criticism. The comeback of the graphics card should come in the form of the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti. Gigabyte has already registered some models and thus confirms their existence. Upcoming Radeon RX-7900-XTX models will also be revealed at the same place.
Eight times RTX 4070 Ti from Gigabyte
The reference to the entries in the EEC database, which is repeatedly known for such revelations, comes from Twitter user @harukaze5719. The information was prepared by the VideoCardz website.

Eight variants of the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti from board partner Gigabyte have recently been listed in the EEC database. The usual series are served from the entry-level (“Eagle”) to the upper class (“Aorus Master”).

This confirms the name GeForce RTX 4070 Ti and its memory capacity of 12 GB. One assumption, which is extremely close, remains that the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti is the GeForce RTX 4080 with 12 GB. Nvidia presented this together with the now available GeForce RTX 4080 with 16 GB. But after considerable criticism due to the equipment, which does not do justice to the name RTX 4080, Nvidia gave in and did not release the RTX 4080 with 12 GB. In its place, the RTX 4070 Ti will now appear with the same technology under a new name. The assumed key data read as follows:

The EEC database also contains entries for planned gigabyte models of the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT(X), which should reach the market in around two weeks.

Accordingly, the portfolio of your own designs is not that diverse. Two of the seven models are planned in the reference design. Whether more will follow remains to be seen. The new AMD graphics cards are said to duel with the GeForce RTX 4080, which they undercut in price.
