The Consent Act of 2018 means that men will be convicted of “negligent rape” if they have sex with a woman who afterwards claims that she did not voluntarily participate in any of the “phases” of the sexual act. So-called reverse burden of proof applies.
– If you are suspected of rape, you have a burden of explanation as a man and you must be able to fulfill it, says Kristina Bandrup.

Equality Minister Paulina Brandberg (L), however, defends the feminist law.
