Stockholm comes in 19th place out of 20 when PWC's real estate professionals rank Europe's big cities. Only in Luxembourg does it look worse.
According to PWC, the poor outlook is mainly explained by the inflated prices on the housingmarket in Stockholm, which are perceived as unrealisticinternationally.
According to PWC should Stockholm now focus on “niching itself within innovation”. Whatever it means.
However, the business climate looks better in traditional European cities. In the survey, London ranks highest, followed by Paris and Berlin.
