GeForce RTX 4090 Gallardo: Manli equips graphics card with spirit level

As expected, the GeForce RTX 4090 starts with numerous custom designs. One of them has a feature that is very unusual for this product type: the Manli GeForce RTX 4090 Gallardo has an integrated spirit level.

On the edge of the graphics card, which faces the viewer in most systems, there are two dragonflies next to the GeForce RTX logo, as you know them from spirit levels from the hardware store. However, it is unlikely that Manli wants to use this feature to help align the graphics card as horizontally as possible. Rather, this should be an optical gimmick to stand out from the rest of the manufacturers. This also applies to the stylized battery status display.

The cooler design serves the style of cyberpunk, and the lettering “Cybertank” on the cooler screen in metal look was chosen to match. Under the hood there is rather ordinary fare, which, in the case of the GeForce RTX 4090 (test), turns out to be lavish in line with the high power consumption. The three axial fans, each with a diameter of 10 cm and double ball bearings, sit above the aluminum radiator, which is divided into two blocks and absorbs the waste heat via eight heat pipes with a diameter of 6 mm.

For a GeForce RTX 4090, the Manli GeForce RTX 4090 Gallardo is not yet a giant with dimensions of 351 mm × 145 mm × 63 mm (L×W×H). The Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 4090 Trinity even measures 356 mm × 165 mm × 71 mm (L×W×H). Buyers should measure their case well, many midi towers do not offer enough space.

With frequencies of 2,235 MHz (base) and 2,520 MHz (boost) as well as 21 Gbps for the 24 GB GDDR6X memory is not overclocked. The connections consist of three DisplayPort 1.4 and one HDMI 2.1.

Manli is still little known in this country, but the Chinese manufacturer also sells in Europe. The Manli GeForce RTX 4090 Gallardo has already been offered by dealers in Switzerland at prices of around 1,770 Swiss francs (around 1,800 euros), but is currently not available.
