The Polestar 3 electric SUV is; has just been presented and already; we talk about the future of Polestar. Speaking with Autocar, Thomas Ingenlath , CEO of Polestar, confirmed the launch plans of the new battery-powered models we talked about more; times. Therefore, in 2023 it will be; the turn of the Polestar 4, an SUV Coup & eacute; more small car of the Polestar 3 and in 2024 the Polestar 5, an electric sedan, production version of the Polestar Precept concept car. Finally, in 2026 will come & agrave; the exclusive Polestar 6 electric roadster.
The Polestar 3 rests on the SPA2 platform, the same that will be; used for the electric Volvo EX90. Volvo is also working on a battery-powered SUV that will go to position itself under the XC40 and that will exploit; the SEA platform of the Geely Group. Apparently, however, Polestar does not seem willing to go this route.
Indeed, Ingenlath has pointed out that there are no plans for an electrical model to be placed at the below the current Polestar 2 .
