MINI showed the Aceman concept towards the end of July 2022. It was an electric crossover la whose production version & egrave; expected to debut in 2024 . Apparently, the automaker already has; development of the production model started. In fact, two forklifts of the new electric crossover have been intercepted, one of which is located inside a car transporter.
FIRST DETAILS
The two cars have the classic camouflage of all MINI models and differ between them essentially for the different alloy wheels. Despite the camouflage, & egrave; It is possible to observe how the design echoes that of the concept car unveiled at the end of July. Obviously, the production model will have; of some aesthetic elements more & ugrave; traditional. The concepts, in fact, are usually characterized by proposing some “particular” design solutions.
The Aceman concept is; a segment B crossover. Therefore, the production model should be very similar in size and slightly longer; of 4 meters (4.05 m the concept). Hence, this crossover will be; more small of the new MINI Countryman. In this regard, it has long been rumored that the future crossover could replace the MINI Clubman. There are no pictures of the interiors but & egrave; we will probably find a cabin that is very similar to that of the future new generation of the MINI range.
Speaking of powertrain & egrave; still too soon . It is possible that the future electric crossover can be proposed in different variants, perhaps even with a double electric motor. There is therefore not much precise information on this model at the moment. There will be; time to learn more since the debut is still a long way away.
Finally, we remind you that the future MINI Aceman will be; a very important model for MINI's electrification plan which aims to be an electric-only brand from 2030.
