Support for M1, M2 and upcoming Apple chips

For the first time, OBS Studio 28.0 comes with native support for the Apple M1, M1 Pro, M1 Max and M1 Ultra processors as well as the M2 based on the Arm architecture, which replaced the x86 processors from Intel's Core i series in the Mac .
