After a test phase carried out in some cities & agrave; American, Amazon is expanding the fleet of electric vans produced by Rivian that will be used for its business; delivery. Specifically, very soon these battery-powered vehicles will be seen operating in different cities; including Baltimore, Chicago, Dallas, Kansas City, Nashville, Phoenix, San Diego, Seattle and St. Louis. The experimentation that & egrave; conducted in the last year has allowed Rivian to refine his project to get to series production.
In 2021, pre-production vehicles delivered over 430,000 packages and traveled over 90,000 miles (almost 145,000 km).
