Skoda presented a first sketch of the interior of the Vision 7S electric concept which will be ; revealed in the future and which will introduce & agrave; a new design language . The brand says that in addition to sustainable materials, the minimalist interior features generous space for up to seven people in three rows of seats and Simply Clever features.
We will better understand the direction that Skoda intends to take on the design front when more images of the concept are shown or, even better, when it will be; officially unveiled. For the moment, we can only take a first look at the interior.
TWO CONFIGURATIONS
The car manufacturer says that the particularly spacious interior offers two distinct configurations , one for driving and one for moments of rest. In the first, all the controls are in the ideal position and the central touch screen is; vertically aligned to display all relevant information while driving.
The second can & ograve; be activated during a stop as when you need to recharge: the steering wheel and the instrument panel slide forward and the seats in the first and second row move back to an even more position; relaxed. Skoda also adds that the front seat backrests are equipped with media device mounts for second and third row passengers. The position chosen to place the child seat is very particular. It is located, in fact, on the central tunnel, the area of the passenger compartment, highlights the manufacturer, more & ugrave; safe.
Also present a new ambient lighting system designed to highlight some specific areas of the passenger compartment and facilitate access to the car. The future Vision 7S electric concept must therefore be seen as a sort of manifesto of the new contents that we will see within the electric future of the brand.
With its presentation we will be able to better understand even if this concept will serve ; as a basis for a future new battery-powered model. Obviously, not all the solutions that we will see in the concept will really arrive on the production models. No mention, however, on the technical characteristics of the car. All that remains is to wait for new information from Skoda.
