Both models can also be pre-configured with up to 64 GB of DDR4-3200 and 4 TB of SSD storage and can be ordered directly from the KDE online shop.

Complete package for productive users

The two Linux Ultrabooks want to be a complete package for productive users and developers and for this reason they use the comprehensive modular system from KDE Gear – formerly KDE Applications.

The highly expandable software platform comes with all the tools you need, such as the open-source drawing program Krita in version 5.1, the very powerful free video editor Kdenlive, the GPL-licensed 3D graphics suite Blender and the free graphics development environment KDevelop. The package manager and the KDE store Discover provide the necessary replenishment.

The KDE Frameworks 5.95 and the KDE Developer Platform with more than 80 add-ons for the cross-platform free GUI Toolkit Qt in version 5.15.3 offers developers a wide range of options.
