The new 2022 incentives entered into force with the publication of the decree in the Official Gazette on Monday May 16. As we know, however, the concessionaires cannot yet book contributions since the online platform is not; still available. In this regard, we are talking about 25 May. On the subject of incentives & egrave; the Minister of Economic Development Giancarlo Giorgetti returned to speak, opening up to the possibility; that small changes can be made.

AN EXTENSION ARRIVES TO 180 DAYS?
To access the incentives there are some specific requirements. One of these is that cars must be registered within 180 days from the date of the order . At the Automotive Dealer Day, the Minister opened to this possibility.
The deadline for the delivery of new cars within 180 days from the order currently envisaged by the incentive decree may; be extended. The Government & egrave; aware of the difficulties contingents, the war in Ukraine and the chip crisis, the important thing now was to leave.
The Minister also adds that the term provided for by the decree “is of an ordinatory and not peremptory type”. We will see, therefore, if it really will be & agrave; so & igrave; and if it will arrive some sort of modification that avoids problems. The Minister then addressed another issue linked to the incentives that had aroused various controversies and that is; the exclusion of companies . Here too an opening arrives but it seems that to find a solution it will take & agrave; time.
Legal entities are currently excluded from the decree on car incentives, but we are waiting for the Minister of Economy, Daniele Franco, to help us find an opening cheap to insert them. At the moment we have chosen to favor the change of cars up to Euro 4, meeting less affluent families.
