Domestic. The Social Democrats will invest in attracting voters from SD during this year's election campaign. The message is that S is the right party to solve the societal problems that S has created.

The new election strategy is now presented by the party in an interview with Aftonbladet.
– We acknowledge, Sweden has problems and we will address them, says Tobias Baudin, Social Democrats' party secretary , to the newspaper.
– We know that voters do not want more of the same, and many voters are dissatisfied with developments in our country. It will not be more of the same, but there will be new political priorities and eventually new politics, he promises further.
In concrete terms, however, it seems that Tobias Baudin is prepared to sacrifice a holy S-cow for to meet the Swedish public: the one on unlimited profits from tax-financed welfare companies.
The fact that you can withdraw unlimited tax money from the welfare company is something that almost all Swedish voters want to abolish but which S has not done anything about during all years in power. SD was originally against profit distribution but has in recent years made a 180-degree turn in the issue, probably in order to appease the Moderates, which is a party that is close to the welfare industry.
– It should not be possible to distribute profits from there. Our common tax money should go to the students, it is an ideological difference between both the Moderates and the Sweden Democrats, says Baudin.
