The government wants to make it a criminal offense to commit certain criminal acts against a person, if “each of the acts constituted part of a repeated violation of the person's integrity and one purpose of the acts was to preserve or restore a person's or the honor of a family, kinship or other similar group “.

The punishment is proposed to be imprisonment for a minimum of one and a maximum of six years.

, reports SR. They point out, among other things, that a person convicted of any case of harassment or minor damage could be sentenced to imprisonment for at least one year by the proposed law. According to the Legal Council, it is not reasonable to allow the circumstance that the acts are committed for honorable purposes to be such a strong penalty value increase.
