Nokian Tires has announced a new range of winter tires. We are talking about the new Hakkapeliitta R5 , developed specifically for both cars and SUVs. In this new product, the company has improved comfort and driving characteristics. The new range & egrave; available in 14 and 22 inch sizes. Furthermore, & egrave; offered in the speed categories Q (160 km/h), R (170 km/h) and T (190 km/h). Most of these new tires are marked as XL for maximum capacity of possible load.
These new winter tires will arrive on the market in the autumn of 2022 . The main markets will be the Scandinavian countries, Russia and North America.

Nokian Tires, for the new Hakkapeliitta R5, has developed a new tread pattern . The new Double Block Grip design offers greater grip and handling Compared to the previous R3, the new tire has 40% more tread blocks. on the shoulder and in the intermediate area. The dense, computer-optimized sipes work excellently on ice, snow and clear roads and ensure that grip is secure even when the tire wears out.
