Economics. The price increase from the starting price to the final price was the largest that has ever been noted by Hemnet in the bidding for Swedish single-family homes in 2021, writes TT.

The average villa increased by 8.9 percent from the starting price to the final price in 2021. The corresponding figure in 2020 was 4.6 percent.
The highest percentage was the prices offered in northern Sweden. Kiruna is at the top with a 28 percent difference in the starting price to the final price for villas, writes TT.
