Former NFL player Kevin Ware, 41, was arrested for gun and drug offenses after a dramatic car chase in June. His girlfriend Taylor Pomaski, 29, had previously disappeared without a trace.
In the continued police investigation, the police have now found human remains. The police believe that it is Pomaski's body that has been found, something that must now be determined technically.
The girlfriend disappeared in connection with a party at the couple's home on April 25 this year. Neighbors testified that Ware and Pomaski had quarreled violently.
Kevin Ware was arrested in June for violating bail rules after two weeks on the run from the police. After a car chase, police discovered he was in possession of weapons and drugs.
The former NFL pro has previously been described by police as a person of interest in connection with the investigation into his girlfriend's disappearance. However, he has not yet been formally charged with a crime in the case.
