In October, Fria Tider reported in more detail on the case in connection with the prosecution against the 70-year-old, who has been a candidate for the Left Party in both the Riksdag and the European Parliament.

Dror Feiler was taken on carried out the staff of his local Coop store when he only scanned some of his goods at the cash register, and was to steal the rest.

When the employees were to arrest him, the left-wing profile began to appeal for mercy – alternately gasta about “violence” – and eventually managed to escape from the store. The incident was captured by the surveillance camera.

The staff testified that Dror Feiler was in a system to steal from the store in this way. A female employee stated in interrogation that she had already witnessed 20–25 years ago how Feiler stole a copy of the left-wing newspaper Dagens Nyheter from the store and that she had already told him then.

Stockholm District Court has now sentenced Dror Mistakes for seven cases of petty theft between 27 September 2020 and 1 December 2020. The penalty was SEK 3,200 in fines. The V-profile must also pay damages to Coop that correspond to the value of the goods he stole.

Feiler maintained during the trial that he had no intention of stealing. He blamed “stress” and explained that he may have “scanned wrong”.

– There is no rational explanation for this, he said.

He further states that he was “arrested” out of panic “when the staff intervened against him, because he” had been subjected to physical violence earlier in life “.
