Logitech Pop is back – but different now

Logitech Pop is a name with double meaning. Around 2016-2017, Logitech released a series of smart buttons with HomeKit under the name Pop. They are no longer produced and so the name Logitech Pop could again be used for new products. This time it's about colorful mice and keyboards, aimed at young people and people who want to give their desk a more positive look.

The Logitech Pop Keys keyboard has a nostalgic look with mechanical keys. The Pop Mouse is available in matching colours. They work well with iPad, Mac and other Apple devices. You can pair them with 3 devices via Bluetooth and switch them at the touch of a button. You can also install the Flow software to effortlessly copy and paste text, photos and files between devices. This software is available for macOS and Windows. Optionally, you can set up the included Logi Bolt USB receiver if you don't want to use Bluetooth.

The Logi Pop Mouse resembles Logitech's existing Pebble mouse: it is compact and lightweight, making it easy to carry. It has more features than the Pebble, such as a Smartwheel, which automatically switches between precise and fast scrolling when you need it.

Logitech Pop Keyboard

The Pop Keyboard has mechanical keys, like on an old-fashioned typewriter. There are interchangeable shortcut buttons for emoji, which you can set yourself. The battery lasts no less than two years. Logitech places great emphasis on self-expression, your individuality and ‘big personality’ but in the end they are just brightly colored accessories.

Both will be on sale worldwide starting this month. The mouse costs around €40, the keyboard around €100. A matching colored desk mat costs €20. It works with macOS, iPadOS, Android, Windows, Linux and ChromeOS. You can choose from the colors Daydream (pastel), Blast (black-yellow) or HeartBreaker (pink-red shades).
