Rachel Levine (born Richard) is the Deputy Minister of Health in the Biden Administration and was appointed Admiral of the U.S. last week. The Public Health Service Commissioned Corps (PHSCC).

Banks must now voluntarily delete the post if he wants to regain control of his Twitter account.

The Republican congressman condemns Twitter's behavior through his private account and states that his account was shut down because he “published a fact statement.”
