Since 2015, the police have been running an official list of ghettos in Sweden, where criminals have an impact on the local community. There are about 60 areas in the categories risk area, exposed area and particularly exposed area.

The “particularly exposed” areas are the most problematic ghettos where there are many criminals and there are systematic threats and acts of violence against witnesses. and notifiers. In these areas, the police can have “very difficult” to do their job, according to the authority.

Three new areas, all in Stockholm County, now end up on the list.

The Visättra area in Flemingsberg outside Stockholm, just a stone's throw from Södertörn University and Södertörn District Court, ends up on the list as a vulnerable area. In Nacka, Fisksätra is classified as vulnerable and Valsta in Sigtuna is considered a risk area.
