At least 16 deaths have so far been found in the confirmed figures according to RT, but the information varies. Interfax initially reported 20 dead.
The plane was twin-engine and caused parachutists when it crashed after a technical fault, according to Interfax.
– The pilot attempted an emergency landing, but crashed to the ground became very hard, says a source.
A number of other people are said to have been injured.
