A few days after the presentation of the Model Year 2022 of the CX-5, Mazda has announced the Italian prices of the new SUV, simultaneously starting the orders for our market. The new model will arrive; in Italian dealerships starting from January 2022. The car manufacturer has decided to launch a special initiative dedicated to all those who purchase the car by 31 December 2021.
These customers will find included in the price the Tailor Pack which includes the 5-service ServicePlus Essence maintenance program and the possibility; to further customize your car by choosing any accessory and the Best5 warranty extension program found in the official Mazda catalogs, taking advantage of a 50% discount.
EQUIPMENT AND THREE SPECIAL VERSIONS 
Mazda CX-5 2022 & egrave; available in the Business and Exceed versions , flanked by three special versions: Newground, Homura and Signature . The Business model already comes with standard equipment; complete and includes, among other things, Full LED headlights, infotainment with 10.25-inch display and integrated navigator, dual-zone climate, tinted windows, newly designed 19-inch alloy wheels with inserts Black, the rear video camera and a new lower floor covering the luggage compartment and allowing better use of the interior spaces.
The Exceed trim, on the other hand, adds the LED matrix headlights, the Bose system, the electrically heated front seats, the Adaptive Cruise Control and the Cruise & amp; Traffic System . On the AWD petrol versions with automatic transmission & egrave; present the mode & agrave; Off-Road.
The three special versions are all characterized by external and dedicated external details and exclusive. Mazda says Newground & egrave; designed for the customer “ who prefers the practical aspects of a medium-sized SUV, which is fun in daily use but also for leisure time ''. The exterior design is characterized by black rear-view mirrors and a satin silver color for the front and rear underganish and for the side strips under the doors. Inside stand out details in Green-Lime green and seats upholstered in leather and suede with electric adjustment on the driver's side.
The Homura version, on the other hand, is; was created for “ a clientele who do not like to go unnoticed and who expect from the SUV a & rsquo; image not only powerful but also dynamic ''. It is recognized by the increased exhaust terminal and the glossy black color present on numerous elements such as front grille, exterior mirrors, wheel arches, front and rear undergarnish and 19-inch alloy wheels. Internally, however, we find the headliner in black fabric and the seats that have a leather and suede fabric upholstery with Red finishes combined with glossy black dashboard inserts.
Finally, for the new CX-5, Mazda also offers the Signature version that focuses on style and elegance. The wheel arch and lower bumper are in vehicle color, while the new 19-inch alloy wheels are chromed. The tailpipes have a larger diameter to give the car more 'aggressiveness'. Inside, we find seats upholstered in Nappa Brown leather with Deep Red finishes and finishes embellished with wood inserts and chrome controls.
ENGINES 
Mazda CX-5 Model Year 2022 hasn't introduced any new features as for the engines available. We therefore have the 2.2-liter diesel engine with 150 hp (110 kW) or 184 hp (135 kW), the 2-liter petrol engine with 165 hp (121 kW) with cylinder deactivation in the version with manual gearbox and the 2.5-liter 194 hp (143 kW), both with two-wheel drive and i-Activ AWD all-wheel drive. The automatic transmission is; available on all engines, while the manual gearbox is; only on the 150 bhp diesel and 165 bhp petrol.
PRICES 
In Italy, the Mazda CX-5 has a price range starting from 33,800 euros for Business 2.0 L 165 HP 2WD up to 44,750 euros for the Exceed 2.2L 184 HP 4WD AT. The Newground & egrave; proposed at a price of 36,100 euros for the 2.0L 165 HP 2WD version and 38,600 euros for the 2.2L 150 HP 2WD.
The Mazda CX-5 2022 Homura & egrave; declined in all combinations of engine and transmissions present and & egrave; proposed at a starting price of 38,700 euros for the 2.0L 165 HP 2WD version up to 46,500 euros for the 2.2L 184 HP 4WD version with automatic transmission. Finally, the Signature version is; offered in all combinations of engine and transmissions and & egrave; marketed at a starting price of 39,850 euros for the 2.0L 165 HP 2WD version up to 48,300 euros for the 2.2L 184 HP 4WD version with automatic transmission.
