Domestic. A 27-year-old woman in Helsingborg was arrested with SEK 280,000 hidden in her bra after being suspected of acting as a fake police officer and asking people to hand over cash and valuables “to the police”.

The fraud is said to have been directed at Poles in Sweden and took place by someone calling and saying in Polish that robbery was taking place in the area and that jewelery, money and other valuables should therefore be handed over to the police.
Similar frauds have occurred in other parts of southern and western Sweden and in the Stockholm region, according to police.
