New Mercedes GLC: spy photos show rear wheels steering

Mercedes & egrave; working to perfect the so-called all-wheel steering on his new Mercedes GLC. So what is it the integral steering? The possibility which has a car having the rear axle orientable in the same direction of travel, to the benefit of stability; driving, while at low speeds the rear axle rotates in anti-phase to allow better diversion between the narrow streets of the city & agrave; or to park easily.

After Mercedes S-Class and EQS, the technology & egrave; exported to the AMG GTs and the new C-Class sedans and station wagons. Now, all-wheel steering is also being ported and refined to the new Mercedes GLC 2022 , as the new spy photos show.

Rumors also reveal that the larger version powerful SUV, the AMG GLC 63 lose & agrave; its V8 engine in favor of an electrified four-cylinder engine, probably mild-hybrid , just like & egrave; success for the C-Class range, the first of the Star brand to make only four-cylinder and electrified engines available to the end customer (nothing to do due to the presence of any thermals in the price list). A strong sign of the inevitable downsizing trend in powertrains before electric vehicles take over.

With the recent presentation of the C-Class in sedan and station wagon versions, and seeing that in the spy photos the The new GLC seems to be wearing all its parts destined for production , we expect to see the new Mercedes GLC, in the coming months, presented in some world event, and then reach the dealerships in the first quarter of 2022.
