Law & Justice. A man has been convicted of inciting ethnic groups after putting up Nazi symbols. The man tried in vain to refer to the fact that he himself has Jewish credentials, writes Nya Riks.

The man was charged with, among other things, picture one that showed a swastika, a tyrrhuna and the SS symbol.
He defended himself by saying that he himself has Jewish credentials and that the whole thing was just a joke. He wanted to recreate an American prison environment with a focus on the film “American History X”, the man stated.
However, the district court considers that the man “intended to glorify and/or beautify Nazism” and that he “intentionally committed the act”. He is therefore convicted of the crime of opinion by Nacka District Court.
