Former politicians in the Finance Committee were hard hit by their own legislation

According to a ruling from the Administrative Court in Gothenburg, the politician must pay taxes and fees to the state of SEK 452,490.

Andersson believes that he has not done anything wrong as the bankruptcy was due to a customer loss of SEK 2.2 million.

Last year, the Finance Committee took the initiative to temporarily relax the rules on personal liability under the corona. The initiative took place with the support of ch. Section 16 of the Riksdag Rules of Procedure.
