Abroad. Supposed left-wing extremists in Hamburg have vandalized a war memorial and left the message “Germany must die”, reports Junge Freiheit.

The memorial at the Dammtor train station in central Hamburg is adorned with the text “Germany must live, even if we must die”.
The vandals have covered the words with color so that it now only says “Germany must die”.
In addition, messages such as “Free Africa”, “Abolish Police” and “No Nazis, No Cops” have been scrawled there.
The attack on the monument came after a “anti-colonial” demonstration in support of third world immigrants this weekend. The message was that non-whites should no longer have to ask for “integration or participation, we should attack this fascist system”. class = “twitter-tweet”>

Hamburg's red-green government wants to redo the war memorial, which is called a “toxic place”, in the same way as the huge Bismarck monument in the city will get a modern PK makeover.
The war memorial at Dammtor was inaugurated in 1936 to honor the fallen soldiers of Infantry Regiment 76 “Hamburg”, who fought on the western front during the First World War.
