Until the final release of Windows 11, some of the integrated apps will have a polished surface, including paint and photos. The Windows Latest website was able to take a closer look at the “redesign” in advance. The new operating system from Microsoft has now reached beta status.

Apps are given a design in the style of Windows 11

In addition to the rudimentary graphics application Paint and the simple photo viewer and editor Photos, the preinstalled applications “Alarm & amp; Clock ”, calculator, the text editor Notepad and the voice recorder have received a small optical retouching. The “new” design relies less on the well-known ribbons, but rather presents the header of the apps in the style of the new Windows Explorer. In the meantime Microsoft has also released corresponding images.
