Donald Trump gave a nearly two-hour speech to his supporters in Arizona on Saturday night.

Among other things, he touched on the current situation in Afghanistan, where the Taliban is once again to take over.

Trump told of how he previously had a conversation with Taliban leader Hibatullah Akhundzada and told that the United States would withdraw its forces from Afghanistan.

– I told the Taliban leader, I talked to the leader and I said … let's call him Muhammad … I said: “Muhammad, we are leaving the country.”

The former US president then imitated “Muhammad's” reaction to the message, which he rendered as incomprehensible grunts.

– A tough man. Not much to social elegance, but I think he was as nice as he could be, Trump continued.
