Abroad. An alleged attempt to kidnap Michigan's left-wing governor Gretchen Whitmer is being used by the FBI as evidence that “right-wing extremism” is an acute threat to the United States. But now it turns out that the controversial police authority itself arranged and provoked the kidnapping attempt.

FBI agent Richard Trask, 39, has arrested for a bloody assault on a woman.

Recently, the FBI has claimed that so-called right-wing extremist terrorism would be the biggest security threat in the United States. This argument has spread to other countries such as Sweden, where Säpo also now points out right-wing extremist terrorism as one of the biggest threats to the country.

However, examples of this alleged terrorist threat are difficult to find. In the United States, however, the so-called Storming of the Capitol and an alleged attempt to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer have been used by the FBI as a pretext to bolster efforts against so-called right-wing extremists – which usually means white people dissatisfied with the country's demographic development./p>

New information indicates that FBI operators were directly involved in planning, provoking and pushing through the so-called storming of the Congress in Washington in January. Whitmer, the Democratic governor of Michigan, has been noted for his harsh criticism of Donald Trump and support for draconian measures against covid-19. In October 2020, just one month before the presidential election, the US media reported on how the FBI had stopped an attempt to kidnap the left-wing governor.

The news hit like a bomb and high-profile left-wing profiles like Michael Moore urged authorities to arrest President Trump for “inciting terrorists” to carry out the kidnapping.

Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Glenn Greenwald, known for his revelations with whistleblower Edward Snowden now states that the media uncritically spread the FBI's version of the incident, even though the story was full of gaps.

At the same time, the FBI has a long and well-known history of provoking terrorist plans themselves, not least during the so-called war on (Muslim) terrorism after the 9/11 attacks. FBI agents usually contact weak-minded people, who they then radicalize into persuading them to carry out a terrorist attack. The “terrorist” is then arrested and the FBI can trumpet that they have managed to stop a terrorist threat.

Independent journalists such as Michael Tracey, however, were able to quickly identify that FBI informants had been used extensively in connection with the alleged kidnapping plan in Michigan.

And now it turns out that these FBI informants played a much more decisive role than previously stated.

“Secretly, they did more than just passively observe and report on the actions of the suspects. In fact. “they were involved in almost every aspect of the alleged plot, from the outset. The extent of their involvement raises questions about whether there would have been any conspiracy without them at all,” Buzz Feed wrote of the informants in an investigation of the case. >

The informants were so central to the plot that it was the FBI who made sure that the suspects came into contact with each other. The FBI actively sought out people on social media who were critical of the government and Gretchen Whitmer, and then got them to plan a kidnapping of the governor.

“The idea to kidnap Governor Whitmer came from the FBI. It was a plan that “were drafted by the authorities, and they then went in search of people they thought they could manipulate to join the conspiracy. These people were easily manipulated due to psychological weakness, economic vulnerability and/or strong political views,” states Glenn Greenwald. As if that were not enough, the FBI agent who led the investigation into the alleged kidnapping attempt, Richard Trask, has now been arrested himself.

According to Detroit News, the FBI agent was arrested on Monday on suspicion of to have brutally abused his wife after he against her will took her to a group sex reunion at a hotel.
