In January last year, the district court acquitted the three principals in Allra-härvan, but the Svea Court of Appeal changed the sentence on Thursday and sentenced them to prison for, among other things, gross bribery and gross infidelity against the principal. The men were thus detained in their absence while waiting for the prison sentence to become final.

CEO Alexander Ernstberger was sentenced for six years in prison and a ban on business for ten years for bribery and infidelity. Olle Marcusson and David Rothman received five years in prison.

Shortly after midnight, Allra top Olle Marcusson surrendered to the police. But the principal Alexander Ernstberger has not surrendered to the authorities, and the Stockholm Police and the Economic Crime Authority have now started the hunt to be able to carry out the arrest.

– It is completely natural that he is wanted when the court has come to the conclusion that he has been arrested, says Niklas Ahlgren, press officer at the Swedish Environmental Crime Agency, to TT.

The three men must also pay damages to 100,000 pension savers with a total approximately SEK 400 million.

The company's board, which is normally financially responsible according to the law, has, however, escaped prosecution this time and the members Ebba Lindsö and Thomas Bodström (S) will thus probably escape liability for payment.
