OnePlus will present its new mid-range smartphone, the Nord 2, as the successor to the OnePlus Nord (test) in a live stream today at 4 p.m. The new OnePlus Buds Pro will also celebrate their premiere on this occasion. The first images and renderings have been around for a long time.

The Nord 2 follows the Nord CE 5G

After OnePlus recently expanded its mid-range portfolio with the OnePlus Nord CE 5G, which is already available from 299 euros, below the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 8, the new OnePlus Nord 2 is now on the agenda.

The live stream under the motto “… everything you could want” starts today at 4 p.m. Central European time on the official OnePlus website and the manufacturer's YouTube channel.

A first trailer is already in the mood for the new smartphone.

@OnLeaks alias Steve Hemmerstoffer, who claims to have created the first renderings based on real product photos, published them on the 91mobiles website at the end of June. Most recently, he was right with the Huawei P50 Pro. Evan Blass alias “@evleaks” also showed all the expected color options for the smartphone, which should include a 90 Hz OLED and up to 12 GB LPDDR4 and 256 GB flash memory, via Twitter.
