Last fall, Mercedes , speaking of its electrification strategy, provided the first details on the “program” ; Vision EQXX whose goal is to create a super efficient electric vehicle with a very high autonomy. Very little had been said about this car (a concept in reality), except that the specialists of the Mercedes-Benz F1 HPP (High Performance Powertrain) group would also collaborate in the development. At the time, a teaser was also shared in which only the profile of this special vehicle could be glimpsed in the shadows.

Since then, however, there has been no further information on the progress of this project. Now, however, there are some news. The German manufacturer has released a new teaser much more; interesting because & eacute; you can see the front of the concept car. The image shows a vehicle that bears some similarities to the Project One and the Vision EQ Silver Arrow concept. The front also features thinly designed headlights connected to each other by a thin LED strip.

Soon we will be able to learn much more & ugrave; of the Vision EQXX. Today, in fact, the German brand terr & agrave; an event in which it will provide; an update of its electrification strategy. This is the ideal opportunity to communicate further details of the concept car that should introduce those technologies that we will see on the future battery models of the car manufacturer.

Of the further contents of today's presentation we only know that Mercedes could announce an acceleration of its electric car strategy, anticipating the one-year launch of the models originally planned for 2024 and 2025 and planning to phase out most of the 'traditional' models. for 2030. An acceleration probably also due to the fact that the European Commission aims to put an end to the sale of endothermic products for 2035.

At this point all that remains is to wait a few more now to find out what the German manufacturer intends to announce.
