Elon Musk has confirmed that Tesla will open & agrave; its Supercharger network to other car manufacturers by the end of the year. The announcement arrives as usual through the CEO's Twitter profile, within a reply to a message from a user. The interesting thing is; that this opening would not seem “partial” as it had emerged a little long ago. For some time, in fact, there has been talk of the possible opening of Supercharger stations to other electric cars. However, the news had recently arrived that the manufacturer could only open some charging points made in Europe using public funding to third parties.
HOW MUCH? THE RECHARGE?

For other electric cars the possibility; to be able to recharge at these stations would represent a great opportunity. It remains to be understood, however, how Tesla intends to manage this project. If you really leave by the end of the year, several details will have to be communicated very soon, including the costs for recharging and the procedures to be followed. In this regard, Electrek makes it known that an important update of the Tesla app should arrive that could also be used by the owners of other electric cars to be able to refuel.
The opening of the network will have to; however, be managed intelligently by Tesla to prevent Superchargers from filling up with cars, which would complicate charging.
