Domestic. Top ten consists only of men when the Swedes answer which celebrity they would like to drink a beer. Top three consists of Leif GW Persson, followed by Jimmie Åkesson and last year's number one, Anders Tegnell.

Since 2019, the industry organization Sveriges Bryggerier has annually conducted a Novus survey to identify which celebrities Swedes would most like to bring a beer with.
On this year's list, not a single woman has secured a top-10 ranking. This is despite the fact that Sveriges Bryggerier and several other external players in the brewing industry notice that there is an increased interest in beer and the underlying craft among women.
– Beer continues to be linked to male interaction and community. The term “bring a beer” obviously brings to mind men, despite the fact that almost every second woman states that they drink beer regularly. We see that interest in beer is growing among women, not least as a result of more and more breweries experimenting with new flavors and types, says Anna-Karin Fondberg, CEO of Sveriges Bryggerier in a press release.
The brewing industry claims to notice that taste and holistic experience are a central part of women's interest, where new types of beer and flavors often appeal to a female audience. Women also state to a greater extent (60 percent) that they mainly drink beer because it is good for food than men (45 percent).
