Media. The review board makes a feature in P4 Morgon Göteborg which was broadcast live from a mussel farm on the west coast, in which the company's CEO was interviewed.

The review board believes that the feature itself, including the mention of the company's name, the focus on the recording environment and the company's organic products, resulted in a favor but that that favor was “motivated by a clear interest in information and entertainment”.
The CEO's express appeal to the listeners to buy Swedish organic mussels, from the currently named mussel farming company, goes “beyond what may be considered motivated by an information or entertainment interest”.
The feature therefore contravenes the provision on undue promotion of commercial interests.
Swedish Radio risks a special fee of SEK 25,000 for violating the provision.
