Ursula von der Leyen describes the corona fund as the largest recovery package since the Marshall Plan, reports Swedish Radio.
She visited Portugal on Wednesday, which is the first stop on a tour of the EU countries that will receive the enormous contributions from more northern latitudes.
In total, the fund amounts to SEK 8,000 billion. For Sweden, the cost lands at around SEK 150 billion. Money that will now go to finance the lifestyle in the Mediterranean area, which is characterized by low work ethic and early pensions.
– Swedish taxpayers should not be involved in financing grants to countries that misbehave, he says to Swedish Radio.
