Knab gives €5 as a gift with Apple Pay
Since the beginning of this month, Apple Pay also works at Knab. You can therefore pay with a current account (both private and business) with your iPhone and Apple Watch in stores and apps. To draw attention to the new payment method for the bank, there is a new promotion where everyone who pays with Apple Pay and who registers in advance will receive €5,- deposited into their account.
To qualify To get the cashback of €5,-, you must first register with your Knab checking account via the website. All you need to do is provide your name and IBAN number before July 15th. You have until July 15th to pay at least three times with Apple Pay to get the €5,- deposited into your account. Please note that the payments only count that you make after you have registered via the website. You can view the promotion conditions here.
Both private and business accounts are suitable for the promotion. It doesn't matter which device you use to pay with Apple Pay and whether it's in a store or in apps or websites. As long as you use your Knab Apple Pay card at the checkout and you have signed up for the promotion, you will receive the money in the account within a few weeks. In fact, the bank gives one month of free banking, because as a standard you pay as a Knab user €5,- per month. You can participate in the promotion once, even if you have multiple accounts.
Previous promotions with Apple Pay
ING has also set up a similar promotion in the past. However, at ING you received €5,- iTunes credit when using Apple Pay, instead of the money directly in your account. Other banks do not (yet) have any promotions in combination with Apple Pay. In the US, these kinds of promotions are held more often, but in combination with retail chains.
