The Court of Appeal also upholds the district court's decision to sentence Sögaard to a five-year business ban from the date of the district court's judgment.
The trial in the Court of Appeal took place on 27 and 28 May after Runar Sögaard appealed the district court's ruling. .
Runar Sögaard has previously announced that a possible conviction will be appealed to HD, writes Aftonbladet.
