June 7, 2021 – The latest macOS 12 beta is now available to developers. We expect the public beta in a few weeks.
The betas will include all the new features announced at WWDC. As soon as more is known you will read what's new in these beta's.

The beta of macOS 12 requires a macOS beta profile. You can find the macOS 12 beta profile in Apple's Developer Portal. Public beta testers have a different way to sign up for the betas of macOS.
Caution: these betas are only intended for developers and public testers and are not suitable for use on devices that you use every day.

About testing betas
When testing betas, you can often run into problems. First of all, not all functions are usually available immediately, but they are added and expanded during the test period. You may also suffer from crashes or some apps may not yet work properly. So keep this in mind if you decide to test a macOS update. It is therefore not recommended to install a beta on a device that you use every day, because there can still be many problems in the beta. You can also install macOS 11 on a separate partition.
