Already promised yesterday, Poco made the M3 Pro 5G official today. In principle, it is a clone of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, which has received a new coat of paint and is being sold a little cheaper. The market launch is tomorrow at reduced prices from 160 euros. Regularly, 200 euros are due from May 27th.
Poco consistently continues the extravagant design with bright colors and large lettering that was first introduced with the M3 with the M3 Pro 5G. Poco Yellow, Power Black and Cool Blue are the names of the three colors available from tomorrow, from which the black designed camera system and the large Poco logo stand out.
Poco undercuts Xiaomi by 30 and 20 euros
The M3 Pro 5G will go on sale tomorrow as part of a promotion, initially at early bird prices from 159.90 euros with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage, with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB, Poco is starting at 179.90 euros . This offer is valid until May 27th or while stocks last. Then the regular price is 199.90 and 229.90 euros, respectively. Poco undercuts the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G with identical equipment by 30 euros and with more storage by 20 euros.

Poco M3 Pro 5G MediaTek delivers 5G chip
Apart from the new design, from a technical point of view it is a clone of the Xiaomi smartphone. The equipment therefore also includes a 6.5-inch LC display with up to 90 Hz, which should be bright up to 500 cd/m²; the MediaTek Dimensity 700, which also provides 5G; a triple camera and a 5,000 mAh battery that can be charged with 18 watts. For the 5,000 mAh battery, Poco specifies running times of more than two days, but explains that “the data was determined by internal laboratories on the basis of moderate use”.
The triple camera consists of sensors with one 48 and two 2 megapixels – a typical structure for many cheap smartphones from Chinese providers who want to advertise with three lenses. In addition to a classic main camera, which can also shoot videos in up to 4K resolution, there is a camera for capturing depth information in portrait photos and another camera for macro shots only.
FM radio, NFC and 3.5 mm jack
Other features of the Poco M3 Pro 5G are NFC for Google Pay, infrared , an FM radio (with headphones as antenna), dual SIM and a 3.5 mm jack socket.
